Making final arrangements can be a simple process. Most people do it only once, so it's understandable that you may not have all the facts you need to make informed decisions. We present this information to help you begin to know what is involved and what your options are. Please call us at 501-362-2925 with any questions you may have. We will be glad to help.
1) "Who will care for my place of burial after I am gone?"
At Cleburne County Memorial Gardens, your place of burial includes a one-time perpetual care fee.
2) "What is perpetual care and what does it include?"
The maintenance an care of the cemetery lots and surrounding areas are forever taken care of. No extra fees will ever be charged.
3) "What choices are available for burial?" Single plots are available in several different gardens throughout the cemetery. Choices are usually made on personal preferences. Please see our Gardens Page for views of some of the gardens we have.
Family plots, from 2 to 20 or more, can also be purchased. We offer a columbarium, special cremation garden or full grave spaces. This ensures that everyone in the family will be taken care of and kept together for eternity. If you choose cremation, Cleburne County Memorial Gardens allows interment of cremated remains. The interment of one or two urns is permitted in a grave space.
4) "What about pre-need arrangements?"
The fact is that more people are now making final arrangements on a pre-need basis than at the time of need. One reason is the ability to express exactly how one wishes to be buried, in every detail, and know that those wishes will be observed. Another is the ability to prepay for the arrangements and not leave the burden on the family during the time of emotional distress. Passing of a loved one can be very stressful. Prearrangements of the funeral and burial can help the loved ones left behind to not have the stress of decisions or the financial obligations.
